The company

Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2010. We work with engineered metal products, and this website covers one specialty: copper nickel flanges in 90/10 and 70/30 alloys.

We are an India-based manufacturer and global supplier. Our technical information is written for US industrial buyers, using the terminology they use: NPS, ASME, ASTM, Class and RF/RTJ.

Why a copper nickel flange specialization

Copper-nickel behaves differently from carbon steel and stainless steel in machining, welding, galvanic behavior and documentation. Concentrating on it means the questions buyers ask, such as alloy, material specification, facing, isolation and documentation, are the questions we already expect.

  • Copper Nickel 90/10 and 70/30 material focus
  • Twelve flange types, including custom manufacturing to drawing
  • Inspection and documentation arranged according to project requirements
  • Global supply to industrial buyers

How we work with buyers

  • We separate dimensional standard, material standard, testing and project requirements on every quotation.
  • We state what we can confirm and what depends on the applicable standard or your specification.
  • We do not assume that a size or class is covered by a standard; we check it.
  • Certifications and documentation are available upon request, according to what your project requires.
